According to the development of business, after the discussion among the leaders, we appointed Mr. Sun Jian, Mr. Zhang Xin, Mr. Tan Jing, Mr. Zhu Shaodong, Mr. Xiang Peng, Mr. Zhang Zhenjun, Mr. An Tai as the following positions:

1. We appointed Mr. Sun Jian as the Project Manager, and he is mainly responsible for supervising of Yinchuan Mobile Wireless, TD Engineering Construction.

2. We appointed Mr. Zhang Xin as the Project Manager and he is mainly responsible for supervising of Yinchuan Mobile WLAN, Chamber Professional Engineering Construction.

3. We appointed Mr. Tan Jing as the Project Manager, and he is mainly responsible for surpervising of Tibet Unicom Engineering Construction.

4. We appointed Mr. Zhu Shaodong as the Project Manager, and he is mainly responsible for surpervising of Engineering Construction of Ningxia Telecom, Yinchuan Telecom, Ningxia Unicom, Yinchuan Unicom.

5. We appointed Mr. Xiang Peng as the Project Manager, he is mainly responsible for surpervising of Zhongwei Engineering Construction.

6. We appointed Mr. Zhang Zhenjun as the Project Manager, he is mainly responsible for supervising of Engineering Construction of Shanghai Railcom and Shanghai Mobile.

7. We appointed Mr. An Tai as the Project Manager, and he is mainly responsible for supervising of Wuzhong Engineering Construction.

    All these appointments will carry out in July, and the performance award will be given out according to the company norms.
